Cooper, Rosey and I spent the weekend at the National Association of Canine Scent Work (NACSW) NW1 and NW2 trials hosted by the Clermont County Dog Training Club with
Cooper was entered in the NW2 trial on Saturday and was successful in three out of the five searches (Interior, Exterior, Container), but we have some work to do on the Vehicle searches, so no title for him. However, he did receive pronouncements (an extra kudos from the judge) for his searching in the Interior and Container elements.
Rosey shined on Sunday though and earned her NW1 title with such enthusiasm and vigor that the judge said she could actually hear her sniffing when she picked up the odor on the vehicle search. Rosey also earned pronouncements for her searching of the Vehicle and Interior elements.
Rosey is now formally: CH Rosewin Graytsky Srta Rosalita CD OA AXJ SCN SIN SEN SHDN NW1 V
A huge thank you to Edith, the judges, and all of the volunteers for making the trials possible and so well run!!!!
